Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement business plans in accordance with bank level strategy
• Lead cross-departmental projects, provide strategic solutions to internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation
• Facilitate transformation at Omni Channels and adopt Fintech at process flow to improve customer satisfaction
• Drive and monitor progress of innovative and transformational projects
• Participate at regional process transformation
• Prepare various reports to Senior Management

Requirements:

• Degree or above with major in Business Administration/ Statistics/ Finance/ Fintech or related discipline is preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in strategy planning and project management, experience gain in banking industry is preferable
• Hands-on experience in exploring collaboration with other banks in Mainland China / Asia Pacific are preferable
• Six Sigma Black Belt/ Lean Master is preferable
• Strong project management, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
• Familiar with computer software e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, and able to set up Excel macros is an advantage
• Flexible and adaptive to changes
