Digital UAT Manager - Retail Banking and Wealth Management

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Digital UAT Manager .

In this role, you will

  • Building a high performance team in accordance with Centre of Excellence principles. 
  • Has leadership of testing team activity ensuring productivity targets are achieved and standards are met.
  • Escalation point for project issues and concerns
  • Supporting the delivery production line like development, testing and implementation, ensuring digital deliverables meet business requirements and are fit for purpose to release to customers.
  • Contribution to the delivery of all flagship Group Transformation. Programmes specifically for the Digital channel
  • Management of testing activity and resources across a portfolio of projects and initiatives.
  • The role holder will support the delivery production line ensuring digital deliverables meet business requirements and are fit for purpose to release to customers, will contribute to the delivery of all flagship transformation programmes specifically for the Digital channel
  • The role holder will build a high performance team of testers and test coordinators leading execution testing in multiple locations to ensure digital deliverables meet business requirements and are fit for purpose to release to the banks customers

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • Graduate
  • Personnel experience in customer focused organizations, in disciplines such as Digital, HTS or change management 
  • Strong performance management and team development skills  
  • Good knowledge of the testing process, digital channels and strong customer focus 
  • Strong analytical ability and experience, excellent attention to detail and the ability to see things through to completion.  
  • The ability to quickly understand customer and operational considerations 
  • Good understanding of project methodology, frameworks and best practice
  • Subject Matter Expertise of channel, including technical, commercial, market place and customer considerations
  • Innovative, the ability to approach things differently or do different things to deliver goals
  • Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex or technical issues 
  • Pragmatic decision making skills, with the ability to make clear judgments based on a range of factors, like commercials, risk, customer experience, determine the implications and make recommendations as needed.
  • Excellent relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities
  • High levels of resilience and self motivation
