Direct Recruiter (Banking/Financial Services)

We are currently speaking to seasoned Recruiters as we add to our onsite team at one of our well-known client who is a well know Asian bank which offers tailored financial services solutions to their clients.

Report to the Account Manager, you will need to be resilient and a change agent as well as to ensure that the highest levels of client service and consultation are provided to the hiring manager community.

In this role you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client, candidate market and supplier relationships, manage the end-to-end recruitment cycles for their aligned business unit. Responsibilities will be broad in this role but will largely encompass:

  • Working in partnership with the hiring manager and HRBP, owns the early planning activities and the requisition creation relating to recruiting for an open role
  • Owning the recruitment process management as well as the "control" of the recruitment process
  • Managing the offer process
  • Managing the internal client relationship, suppliers and candidates
  • Developing new and managing existing direct sourcing channels to enhance overall recruitment efficiency, and reduce agency usage
  • Superuser of ATS Reporting and Data Analytics for APAC
  • Ensuring 100% compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets


Skills and experience:

  • Bachelor in any disciplines
  • At least 3-6 years’ recruitment experience in banking or financial services with experience dealing with senior level stakeholders is a must
  • A mixed background of agency/executive search firms and working onsite or in-house managing lateral hiring highly beneficial
  • Subject matter expert and proven successful execution with multiple sourcing channels in Asia, including direct and proactive social media sourcing experience
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Cantonese is a must
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to fix problems within short period
  • Strong business acumen and able to push back when needed
  • Mature, positive "can do" attitude and well organised
  • Experience with a global RPO model preferred
