Job Introduction

Drive and deliver sales by ensuring exceptional customer experience for our customers and resolving all customer sales requests, queries relating to purchasing. Customer contact will be across all communication channels – phone, email and web chat.

Your individual performance will have direct key contribution to the department achieving all targets for sales, quality, productivity, compliance and regulation.

Putting the customer at the centre of everything you do and putting forward ideas for the continual improvement of the customer experience and increasing sales conversion rates.

Role Responsibility

  • Delivering new sales through all channels
  • Achieving all targets for sales, productivity and quality
  • Ownership for the resolution of all customer sales enquiries and contacts
  • Complying with all regulatory and governance requirements
  • Accurately maintaining and updating customer records to ensure high sales conversion

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experiences in Sales/Commerce/Marketing/Finance preferred
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding sales and quality targets
  • Acquired IIQE Paper I and II
  • Self motivate and Drive to success
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing and networking skills
  • Good team player and able to work effectively with people
  • Fluent spoken English is a must
  • PC literate and keyboard skills essential with the ability to adapt and learn new operational systems
