Director– Warehouse / Logistics / Inventory Supply Chain Operations 500-800K/ annum

Our client is a vertical online sales platform that focuses on foreign trade. It offers casual wear, electronic products, wedding dresses, party wear, watches, toys, and more is looking for high caliber candidate to join:


The Role:

  • To provide functional leadership to the supply chain operations, including the inventory, logistics, and warehouse teams.
  • A motivated person who can inspire the teams and work alongside them to help guide and support the growth of the organization
  • The Director will oversee day-to-day supply chain activities focused on inventory and logistics in an effort to build efficient processes, optimize productivity, mentor and build leaders, while also strategizing for future business success.
  • Identifying and implementing process and system improvements as well as developing and executing projects that span across multiple departments, with a strong focus on analytics, systems and cross-departmental processes.
  • Develop the Operations team to support key objectives, drive high levels of accountability, ensure strong performance management, skills development, and succession planning



  • Degree holder or above
  • Minimum 10 + years or above demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to positively influence, motivate, and lead global, cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to train others in these functions.
  • Proven business acumen understanding that broader business objectives positively affects outcomes. Strong knowledge of supply chain, inventory, logistics and warehouse processes and management
  • Ability to work effectively on cross-functional project teams to identify areas of improvement, solve problems and implement changes
  • High level of emotional intelligence coupled with advanced interpersonal skills (written and verbal) interacting with leadership, and building solid and trusted working relationships horizontally across the organization, both locally and globally.
  • Self-motivated, inquisitive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment. This role requires a professional with a strong sense of responsibility, ownership and adaptability
