  • Responsible to identify business opportunities by leveraging the comprehensive product proposition and existing client portfolio to lead the launch and implementation of client incentive campaigns and cross-sell programs.
  • Act as a business-centric leader with strong ability to develop holistic and effective client incentive strategy that drives business outcomes & maximize ROI.
  • Responsible to drive acquisition to enhance client portfolio and deepen client relationship
  • Lead the design and end-to-end development via data-driven approach and in-depth analysis to develop client campaign and cross-sell program, work collaboratively with cross-functional business teams (distributions, operations, product, IT, finance, business development teams) to launch seamless incentive programs.
  • Conduct in-depth business portfolio review and product specific analysis to drive the campaign strategy and increase client profitability through the use of data analysis and segmentation methodologies
  • Proactively identify business opportunities by understand the profitability mix of the products and mapping distinctive product proposition with target clients based on the demographic and clients needs to build sustainable and effective client incentive strategy in order to achieve the company business objectives and to align respective product proposition.
  • Lead and motivate a team and cross-function team leaders to support the implementation of client campaigns
  • Responsible for seamless agency & client communication to promote client incentive programs.
  • Work closely with other marketing sub-teams to optimize the promotion of client incentive campaigns via online / offline / social media platform in order to enhance the media efficiency.
  • Allocate the budget throughout the year in order to achieve the business target and maximize ROI.


  • University graduate in any business and marketing-related subjects
  • 10+ years marketing experience with strong experience in segmentation / portfolio management / client incentive
  • Experience in bank / insurance / telecommunication company is preferred
  • Insurance product knowledge is preferred
  • Operated in a data-focused environment
  • Strong in strategic marketing planning & communications
  • Result-driven, self-driven, articulate in forward-thinking, sound judgement, excellent problem solving, communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong logical mindset, analytical and detail-minded
