The ideal candidate must demonstrate the agility and adaptability in change and innovation. You should also be a guru in the latest customer behaviors, digital marketing infrastructure and digital sales conversion. Knowledge in FinTech or AdTech such as programmatic advertising will be a plus.


Job Responsibilities

  • As the owner of Prudential's digital asset including the website, mobile app, customer portal and digital sales tools. Continuous enhancement of the digital asset with new features and best-in-class UX/UI
  • Drive digital adoption of customers and frontlines to shift from manual/ paper to automation; launch of customer campaigns and refinement of customer journey and sales practice to encourage digital adoption
  • Closely monitor the latest digital trend / technology and bring in the capabilities to Prudential
  • Drive SEO and digital marketing adoption by establish tagging, retargeting, and latest customer targeting tools
  • Lead cross-team digital projects and initiate new ideas to Wow customers with best-in-class client journey
  • Build the future capability of insurance marketplace online


Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience, of which 5 years of digital experience in MNC
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management experiences
