Define, drive and manage for the success of the overall digital marketing development strategies and the ecosystem targeting both existing and potential clients to build brand and drive leads
Leverage on data, define, drive and manage client engagement in various digital platforms including desktop, mobile, tablet etc.
Be the key coordination point between Sun Life Corporate and Regional Offices in the discipline of digital marketing.
Maximize traffic and conversion through core digital marketing programs such as but not limited to: Paid Search, SEO, Email, Retargeting, social media with dedicated focus by device category, mobile in particular
Ensure the quality of the sites, including but not limited to branding, contents, visuals, and correct proposition, etc.
Work with other business functions to create digital assets with the purpose of driving transactional and advertising revenue through the ongoing optimization of all landing destinations based on an ongoing testing program
Establish leads generation and management practice within Sun Life from prospect clients and cross-sell/ upsell
Be owner of the Sun Life Hong Kong’s official social media account, Facebook and Instagram. Be responsible for the growth of follower base, content management and user engagement. Drive initiatives to transform social media engagement into quality leads.
Lead and drive prospect client strategy and management from touch points management, data collection, leads generation
Establish a new approach to manage prospect clients within Sun Life which includes but not limited to looking into new infrastructure, change of mind-sets, digital tools and promotions
Lead and drive prospect clients management and programs, working together with Data, Technology and Distribution Team
Apply best practice and governance process, and anticipate, manage and mitigate project risks and use of resources accordingly
Explore and execute creative ways to collect data on the digital and social media landscape, also to leverage on resources of partnership
University degree related to areas such as marketing, business administration, economics, and finance.
At least 10 years relevant working experience in digital marketing in the Insurance or financial services sector with solid knowledge in insurance operations, products and services
Hands-on experience in managing website/ data analytics/ revamp projects
Solid experience in web management including mobile (responsive design and ability to drive engagement/ sales leads from online to offline channels
Solid experience in optimizing use of digital platforms to bring out the potentials of omni-channels to customers.
Accountable, analytical, able to make judgment call and a problem solver.
Excellent communications and negotiation skills with all levels of stakeholders.
