Director / Executive Director, Asset Management

Responsibilities:

• Lead wealth management business and supervisor the fund activities to ensure the compliance with the Compliance policies, statuary rules and regulations
• Liaise with the regulators in Type 4 & 9 regulated activities
• Responsible for portfolio management and related data statistic
• Develop and maintain long-term relationship with High Net Worth clients
• Responsible for new product design and development and formulate sales strategies
• Participate in asset allocation, asset restructuring and major financing activities
• Develop and implement strategies to help grow the firm’s AUM for funds and other products
• Conduct market research and evaluate investment opportunities
• Conduct product monitoring and on-going due diligence

Requirements:

• Master’s degree preferred with background in finance/ economics or related disciplines
• Current SFC RO license holder in Type 4 & 9
• At least 5 years asset management experience, serving HNW customers
• Knowledge of investment products with experience in structured products or asset management
• Proven experience in handling institutional investors and funds distribution channels preferred
• Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
