Director, Infinex Ops


The D ire ctor, Infinex Ops will be based in HK . This position will lead an Aisa SBM team working on all operational processes and issues on Infinex, to help scale this business to the next level.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

  • Manage SBM team in Asia to support the Supplier On-boarding process.
  • Drive Ops process and make positive changes where appropriate, to achieve operational excellence.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the INX Sourcing team, Quote team, Biz Lead, Program team, Engineering team, Logistics, Finance etc, to ensure operational support.
  • Be the Go-To person on all Global INX Operational issues, highlight activities, Trackers and Challenges to all stake-holders on a scheduled basis. Point person for the INX Biz Lead.
  • To work in a matrix Org where Regional INX CSS have dotted reporting relationship.
  • Work closely with Regional BM Leads and Internal INX Sales, to resolve SBM and Site/Customer operational issues.
  • Train, coach, reward and motivate the SBM team to ensure we have sufficient bench strength.
  • Partner with System & Process Owner to ensure INX Ops is using Command Centre and driving towards productivity, automation and efficiency.
  • Support INX Biz’s by ensuring all task meet agreed service levels and so supports the Biz revenue targets.
  • Hold regular QBR’s / Webex with Biz and BM to ensure we have continuing Ops improvement.
  • Manage approved T & E budget and headcount forecast.
  • Participate and support Biz Lead or Regional Lead where applicable in their Biz meetings or QBR with Customers.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training plus a minimum of 8 years of management experience. A Master’s or MBA degree is preferred.
  • Ability to identify creative ways to reduce cost by streamlining processes and systems.
  • Able to utilize tools to monitor departmental cost and cost trends, continuously striving to improve value.
  • Possesses strong business acumen and proven ability to improve key financial results.
  • Excellent communication skills and networking abilities.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with ability to negotiate and influence for positive outcomes.
  • Strong innovation skills and creativity.
  • Ability to think strategically, define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
