Director, Institutional Sales (Greater China focus)




  • Responsible for introducing and developing potential clients to achieve sales targets, in particular, mainland China
  • Develop strong relationships with institutional clients, which lead to new mandates or injections into existing funds;
  • Grow revenues and AUM by working closely with the portfolio manager and management;
  • Customize investment solution to suit the investment needs of prospects and clients;
  • Contribute ideas for new products which will be suitable to the markets and clientele assigned;
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned


  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline;
  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in institutional sales within the asset management industry;
  • Performance driven, results focused and proven sales track records;
  • Outstanding team player with solid financial knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, ability to build trust and confidence among clients and colleagues;
  • Strong work ethic and highly self-motivated;
  • Fluent in spoken and written English & Mandarin
