Director - Loyalty

We are looking for candidates that can implement a technology-driven customer experience management eco-systems, while drawing on extensive experience in client management, data-driven insights and internal change management consultancy. You will play a key role in helping clients to design customer experience management programs; from vision, through design, implementation, training, deployment and stakeholder alignment. Your responsibilities include the execution and oversight of projects, oversight of technological implementation of programs, and the management of internal operations teams and project management staff within Ipsos Loyalty. 

You will also be adept at client management, budget and resourcing management once programs are up and running, ensuring insight, efficiency and quality in equal measures.

Role & ResponsibilitiesĄG

  • Strong commercial and entrepreneurial role to grow the business - active role in proposals, selling to senior management levels within client organization
  • Consultative advisor using analytics to clients’ senior management/executive members to drive engagement
  • Design architecture for Customer Experience Management programs
  • Strengthen client relationships through exceptional service
  • Provide guidance on questionnaire design, reporting and insights in program design
  • Overseeing technical implementation of software-driven customer experience management program
  • Qualitative experience in moderating internal client workshops
  • Drive customer experience management feedback strategy development, while addressing business needs/issues of clients
  • Sound understanding or research principles, designs, methodologies
  • Interpretative and action oriented analyses with clear impact on business results
  • Ability to present to client teams using latest data visualization techniques
  • Sell project add-ons and renewals and manage overall project profitability
  • Provide training, guidance and support to junior staff

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years in market research experience and/or consulting experience
  • Experience in leading and developing a high-performing team
  • Ability to provide strategic, consultative advice to client
  • Ability to manage large-scale multi-country projects
  • Experience in implementing enterprise software (SaaS)
  • Experience in providing internal communications consultation to clients
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written communication) are necessary for effective development and maintenance of internal and external client relationships
  • Superior organizational, multi-tasking, decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated, analytical individual with an attention-to-detail who strives in a dynamic, fast deadline driven environment
  • Works well in a team environment with colleagues at all levels
  • Knowledge with databases (SQL, VB, Extract-form-load) and integrating technology solutions
  • Knowledge in web technologies including Javascript/HTML/CSS/XML/Web services, etc.
