Director of Asia Pacific (APAC), Wealth Solutions


Business Goals
  • Be the recognized leader in the delivery of capabilities to drive APACs Wealth business
  • Enable Wealth Management firms to increase digital client engagement and enhance their Wealth solutions
  • Identify and launch key partnerships to enhance and expand Refinitiv's Wealth services in APAC
  • Capture and define the core Wealth requirements across the different Wealth customer segments in APAC.
  • Develop business cases to support the investment needed to facilitate the growth and demand in the region.
  • Be the regional expert on the Wealth competitive landscape, including a deep understanding of Wealth Solutions competitive advantage and value proposition for clients and prospects
  • Design and deliver capabilities to accelerate our customers efforts to deepen their relationships withtheir management clients (investors), be instrumental to help our customers transform their business through digital technology. (e.g., assess Financial Planning, Proposal Generation, Investor Active Trading, Next Best Actions, and Online services and demands)
  • Evolve and support the development of key capabilities to support existing clients today - e.g., developments to Portfolio analysis, rebalancing, account opening, proprietary content integration and workflows, client portal requirements etc.
  • Execute and support the Voice of Customer demands
  • Act as the Wealth business leader in APAC, supporting the broader matrix of stakeholders including Market Development, Sales, Customer Operations, Product and Technology

Talent Key goals:
  • Lead and manage a virtual team including sales, market development leaders, partners, product, customer operations, technology and internal developers / Labs.
  • Participate on the Wealth Solutions leadership team, bringing Voice of the Customer and market insights to the table that inform key business decisions
  • In APAC, understand the unique requirements of client and the local market. Identify and prioritize solutions to solve.
  • Understand the unique differences between channels self-directed, advisor assisted and hybrid wealth workflows and how to design and deliver the breadth of our capabilities in the context of our clients' needs.
  • Determine appropriate commercial models to create success in the market.
  • Have the experiences and skills and talents to be recognized as an industry leader in the digitization of Wealth Management.
  • Lead a center of excellence to help guide our internal resources and subsequently clients through the numerous innovative, engaging and implementable solutions Refinitiv can make available globally.
  • Determine how to best utilize and enable client digital experiences leverage our core value propositions in the region.
  • Identify how to leverage LSEG synergistic business offerings to better enable the digitalization of Wealth, as well as accelerate revenue growth.
  • Provide the leadership to build a community around digitalization of advisor and investor client experiences. Lead CABs and other thought leadership events.
