Requirement

Diploma or above in Hotel & Catering Management or related disciplines

Minimum 6 years’ experience in Hotel / catering industry with at least 3 years in managerial level of similar capacity

Excellent communication, management and leadership skills  

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing)

 

Job Duties

To forecast and monitor sales and covers.

To promote food and beverage sales of catering function to achieve budgeted revenue.

To formulate ideas on the content, pricing and design of banquet brochure.

To negotiate terms and conditions of functions with clients directly and assists the Catering Sales Team.

To supervise all sales activities, ensure enquiries are promptly handled, budgeted food cost percentage is maintained and tentative bookings are followed up.
