FocusCore Recruit is a consultancy accelerating recruitment across Asia. We are recruiting a Director of Customer Service for an innovative, luxury consumer goods company which has its global head office in Hong Kong.
The Director of Customer Service is a key strategic and operational leadership role responsible for the development, continuous improvement and delivery of customer service to global markets. You will be tasked with building a world class customer service program from scratch, strategically lead and develop a strong CS team to enhance performance by setting clear accountable performance measures to both B2B and B2C customers.
Apply to this role now if you have ten years Customer Service including five years managing operational customer service teams. You should have fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin and be experienced in a multinational environment. You must be innovative and be able to share new ideas. This role is based in Hong Kong Island but will occasionally require travel internationally.
