Job Summary:

Our client is a world renowned full-service real estate and facilities management services provider. Operating globally, our client holds a leadership position in virtually all the world’s key business centres.

Our client is now looking for a top talent to act as advocate for their Customer(s) with internal leadership team and external services providers, delivers quality and consistent Integrator Facilities Management (IFM) services utilizing Playbooks, Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators, ensures the external services providers meet contractual obligations and provide deliverables to their Customer(s) as scheduled, and monitors performance, anticipates and addresses gaps or deficiencies in service delivery.


  • Accountable for Integrator Facilities Management (IFM) service performance;
  • Interface with IFM Practice Leader in all areas of IFM program development;
  • Interface with Transaction Management and Project Management Practice Leader to ensure coordination among all service lines and provide seamless services to the Client;
  • Develop customized strategy for each site through Service Level Agreements (SLAs);
  • Create reporting on performance consolidated by local area/country/region as appropriate ensuring Client and Business Unit group goals are being met and corrective actions are taken;
  • Management of building inspections and compliance program;
  • Coordinate budget and variance reporting process to ensure completeness and meeting of targets;
  • Develop initiatives to deliver increased value and report on progress;
  • Manage service issues related to SLAs or performance by ensuring the provider takes corrective action;
  • Communicate issues and resolutions directly with local/regional Customer(s) and business unit groups to ensure satisfaction; and
  • Act as advocate for client and business unit group.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business/Real Estate/Facilities Management or related discipline;
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in managing a multi-million s.f. regional portfolio; with good knowledge and experience in all facets of facilities management and general knowledge of all real estate functions preferred;
  • Able to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex business documents, and prepare presentations or reports on complex topics to all level of constituents;
  • Strong management, analytical and presentation skills, with finance principles and accounting knowledge;
  • Understand of building infrastructure maintenance and asset preservation;
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills;
  • Well organized and able to balance competing priorities;
  • Able to work well in fast-changing environment and in a matrix organization;
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and/ or Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin); and
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and especially MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
