Our client is looking for an experience Director of Marina to join the team. Exciting opportunity for overseas candidates to gain Asia experience.

Client Details

Our client is a luxury private members only club looking for a high calibre Director of Marina to lead the team.


Reporting to the owner, you will:

  • Manage the marina operations - monitor the condition for pontoons, fingers and piles. Ensure all wet berth area are maintained in top condition
  • Ensure the dry boat store are safe and clean
  • Maintain the club speed boat and ferries and that the marina operations comply with government standards.
  • Ensure the fuel station is in safe operational condition
  • Ensure the crane stacker in dry boat store is in good condition
  • Manage the quality assurance of boat maintenance service
  • Operate the Boat maintenance workshop
  • Prepare annual budget
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with captains, boat owners and Marina team members
  • Identify up-selling opportunities and advise management of service strategies on maintenance


  • More than 10 years of experience in Marina club management
  • Excellent leadership skills with strong business acumen
  • Experienced with handling HNWI (high net worth individuals)
  • Solid technical skills, good communication skills
