Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the appointee will be in charge of the Operations Division, responsible for the strategic operational planning of the Division, the development and supervision of its staff, and the management of resources allocated to the Division, which is tasked with overseeing several functional areas of the Authority, including complaint handling and investigation, law and regulation enforcement, and supervision of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (“AML/CTF") compliance of estate agents; to enhance professionalism of the estate agency trade and promoting open, fair and honest property transactions.
Terms of Appointment
Competitive remuneration package commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience will be offered. The appointee will initially be offered a 3-year contract, subject to renewal upon satisfactory performance and the service needs of the Authority.
