Responsibilities :

Reporting to the Hotel Manager and being a member of the executive team, the Director of Rooms is to oversee hotel services including Front Desk operations, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Concierge, Spa, Call Centre and Security.
The Director of Rooms will be responsible for formulating and implementing the Rooms strategies related to the hotel’s daily operational needs ensuring consistent guest services, team productivity and safety while constantly striving for improvement.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline
  • 10 years of relevant working experience in Room Division with no less than 5 years being engaged in the managerial role
  • Possession of excellent presentation skills and a superb leader in driving a dynamic team of team members in achieving the corporate goals
  • A positive attitude towards developing the role, working a flexible schedule, accepting responsibility and acting with initiative
  • Excellent problem solving ability
  • Total commitment to quality service is essential
  • Presentable, creative thinking, strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, detail-minded and committed
  • Hands-on, able to perform under pressure and tight schedule
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese, fluent in Mandarin preferred
