Director of Sales and Marketing (Station in Macau)

Job Duties

Reporting to the General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Direct all Sales and Marketing initiatives for the hotel.
  • Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities.
  • Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry sales agents and key strategic partners.
  • Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Seek out and target new clients and new sales opportunities.
  • Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • University Graduate with major in Marketing or related studies.
  • Minimum 5 years working experiences in hotel sales management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must have strong senses to understand the market trend.
  • Demonstrate strong ability in strategic pricing and revenue management.
  • Demonstrate strong ability in data analysis.
  • Strong motivational, innovative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in writing and speaking English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Without hotel sales management experience will NOT be considered.
