Functions as a key leader in the hotel to manage the hotel's reactive and proactive sales efforts as well as marketing and reservations activities. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day leadership to sales, marketing and reservations talent to achieve the sales objectives and booking goals. Other responsibilities include implementing the brand’s service strategy and applicable brand initiatives in all aspects of the sales process and focuses on building long-term, value-based customer. Evaluating the hotel’s participation in the various sales channels (e.g., area sales, group sales within the sales office, electronic lead channels, etc.) and developing strong working relationships to proactively position and market the hotel. Managing the marketing budget to enable development of hotel specific campaigns, promotions and collateral to drive revenue. Also required to interface with regional marketing communications for regional and national promotions.
Experience - minimum 12 years of work experience in luxury hotel or equivalent Sales & Marketing role
Education - bachelor degree in hospitality or relevant discipline
Language skills - excellent command in both written & spoken English and Chinese
