Director, Product and Process, Deposits

  • Grow CASA new accounts and balance to achieve the total deposit footing target and revenue target.
  • Develop new initiatives, including payment projects and promotions to drive balance and revenue.
  • Ensure to comply with the bank regulation and policy.



Key Roles and Responsibilities

Business Performance
  • Deliver the CASA deposit footing target and revenue target for retail banking and business banking.
  • Develop CASA implementation and promotion plan to close any revenue risk.
  • Formulate appropriate pricing of CASA products.


Business & Franchise Building
  • Manage CASA product design, enhancement and development to grow the CASA balance and ensure product competitiveness in the market.
  • Develop CASA business plan for the business.
  • Review and update the process and procedures to ensure all are comply with the Bank policies and regulation requirements.
  • Work with Digital channel to capture acquisition opportunity and maximize the bank revenue via internet, ATM, mobile and other digital channels.
  • Work closely with internal parties, including operation and channels to monitor the end-to-end process and improve customer satisfaction on product and service quality.


Raising Management Standards & Control
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate policies
  • Re-visit our CASA and Debit Cards products and health check our existing practices to ensure compliance with existing and new codes and measures


People Management
  • Manage the relationship with various stakeholders to achieve ultimate business objectives
  • Build & maintain team cohesiveness and staff loyalty


Deliver the job objectives in accordance with the Bank's code of conduct and compliance requirements, ensuring that anti-money laundering and customer-centric principles are embedded in the day-to-day activities

Improve customer satisfaction and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure service quality/ SLA, from account opening to post sales usage and service.
