Working Location: Ngau Tau Kok

Reporting directly to Vice President Commercial Hong Kong & Macau and leading a team of 34, you will be responsible for developing and growing the Relationship Sales Channel (RSC). You will need to plan, design and implement sales initiatives in Hong Kong and assist Vice President Commercial in the execution of regional relationship sales strategy within the country and ensure the annual target and the scorecards of relationship sales are met.


  • Design and implement channel strategies and deploy Global, Regional and Country channel initiatives that target business and industry sectors, including new industries and open niche markets
  • Plan and implement Relationship sales focus for business penetration, development and sustain customer loyalty
  • Drive the achievement of country revenue and key performance indicators for RSC business, ensure account profitability and business sustainability
  • Drive segment sales improvement through regionally harmonized processes and procedures including GSP, SSI and sales automation
  • Aligned and maintain segment standards on pricing guidelines to deliver profitable margins
  • Work closely with all functions such as Operations, Customer Services and Customer Accounting team to ensure adequate support is available for business development
  • Provide effective reporting of all Relationship Sales Channel activities
  • Develop a high performance service culture within the functional department
  • Carry out regular co-visit/ calls with members of the sales team to monitor development and performance of individuals and the team
  • Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance
  • Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department
  • Groom and develop the talent pool

  • Bachelor degree in Business or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in sales management, with at least 8 years in senior people manager role, preferably in logistics/ transportation industry or multinational companies
  • Excellent business acumen with strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Customer oriented with excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong leadership in driving team performance and employee engagement
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
