Our client is a renonwned retailer in supermarket and lifestyle products. Due to recent market expansion, they are looking for an experienced Director for Retail Operations / Projects.

Description

• Initiate and lead business development initiatives and projects including new businesses, new formats and strategic partnerships

• Develop Commercial/Business tracking system covering all KPIs

• Build capabilities and systems for business analytics to drive initiatives and business

• Responsible for market intelligence and competitors tracking by conducting research, in-depth quantitative and qualitative analyses

• Lead on-the-ground researches on an as-need basis including surveys/ focus groups

• Provide support to the Board to formulate corporate development strategy, build financial models to evaluate new projects and partnerships

• Monitor key trends and developments of the Global and Hong Kong retail market

Profile

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Retail Operations Projects and Consulting.
• Excellent leadership skills, creative with strong initiatives.
• Can multi-task and collaborate with multiple departments -
• Good business acumen and analytical skills
• Familiar with the retail industry
