Director / Senior Manager - Customer Experience

Our client is a global life insurance group in Hong Kong and is looking for a high caliber CX professional to join their Customer Experience department. This person will be overseeing the operations of the CX team. It is an excellent opportunity for experienced candidates to further develop their career in CX industry. 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, drive and execute initiatives that enhance Customer Experience at various customer touchpoints
  • Using the Voice of the Customer for service enhancement
  • Design and execute tactical plans and programs to improve client experience and customer satisfactions
  • Cultivate client centricity and service excellence within CX & Operations

Requirements:

  • University degree holder with relevant Professional Qualification
  • 10 years of experience in marketing or customer - centric industry
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinking with visionary paradigm
  • Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both written and spoken
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Manager
