You Offer
  • Degree from a university or institute of higher education or equivalent advanced training (on-the-job and off-the-job). At least 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, whereof the last three years in a leadership position
  • Expert knowledge of advisory services for discerning clients & broad understanding of the associated challenges. Currently managing a book of business and has strong network in the private banking industry to support our growth strategy. High level of sales skills and client orientation, broad knowledge of products & market
  • Strong influencing and communication skills to drive key strategies; ability to solve problems and contributing to defining & implementing business goals. Strong compliance culture. Ability to manage a team and achieve targets with strong time & activity management. English, and preferably conversant in Mandarin or Cantonese in view of client coverage
