Distribution Planning Manager (Property - Residential)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales initiatives and pricing strategies to capture market opportunities
- Achieve growth and targets by building effective management processes and managing team performance
- Keep abreast of and responsive to market changes for insights and action plans
- Develop marketable products to drive market needs and create demand
- Ensure compliance of all regulations and rules
Requirements:
- Degree in Business / Real Estate / Surveying / Finance / Analysis or numeric related discipline
- At least 8 years of experience with proven track record in real estate industry
- Knowledge in property related ordinance is a must
- Proactive, analytical, result-oriented and with good business acumen
- A team player with positive working attitude and high integrity
- Strong leadership and motivation skills
- Proficient in MS applications including Word and Excel
- Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
