Distribution Support Officer (Sales Support role)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide enquiry support to intermediate & corporate client on policy administration, claim and complaints
  • Provide administrative support for teammates
  • Follow up and liaise with relevant parties to ensure timely and quality responses to enquiries
  • Prepare performance reports to monitor SLAs and service standards
  • Collect feedback & reflect customer needs and expectation to the Company
  • Follow and propose changes to streamline process and meet customer expectation
  • Participate in projects and system enhancements to enhance team efficiency and service level

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder perferrable
  • Around 2 years' experience in Group health customer servicing is preferred
  • Basic understanding of the distribution of health insurance businesses
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; with good client-centric mindset
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
