This position will be reporting to the Retail Area Manager – Hong Kong & Macau and will be responsible for operation and staff management of multiple stores.



  • Lead and manage multiple boutiques to achieve shops target in terms of sales, KPIs, productivity, manpower efficiency and service standard
  • Constantly monitor KPI’s, define, initiate and implement plans to achieve target
  • Coach, motivate and develop the sales teams on extraordinary service, selling skills and attitude in order to deliver the unique shopping experience to end-users
  • Participate in the recruiting, training, animating and developing the team
  • Roster Management and wage control
  • Initiate CRM and clientele development
  • Provide structured feedback on commercial strategies and people development in the stores of his/her responsibility
  • Resolve client concerns/ disputes/ complains assuring that the customer satisfaction is constantly pursued and restored
  • Oversee and ensure the efficiency of all operational procedures of stores


  • At least 4 years of managerial experience in retail industry, preferable in leather goods and accessories selling
  • Strong background on Sales, Operation, People Management and numerical analysis.
  • Good leadership in leading and motivating a small team.
  • Passionate about Furla or Leather goods or Service
  • With mindset of self-demanding, think out of the box, proactiveness, adaptability to changes
  • Excellent communication skills in coordinating with internal parties on business operations
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good PC Knowledge in MS Word and Excel
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant District Manager
