District Manager

Responsibilities:
•Lead to study of district branches’ business condition and business development trend, and the formulation & execution the future development goal and business strategic
•Lead the district branches to achieve the key performance indicators and implement dynamic management
•To contribute to the formulation and execution of marketing strategies, and resource allocation for district branches
•To oversee the implementation of internal control measures and requirements for district branches
•To drive the district branches’ digital transformation through implementing intelligent service models
•To improve the district branches’ quality of customer service, customer experience, service management, complaint handling and other related issues
•To coordinate and organize district branches to implement various marketing and promotion activities
•Responsible for providing suggestion on the management of branch staff, staff promotion, and staff training of district branches
•To handle the district branches' product pricing adjustment, the relevant management of fee reduction and exemption, and other related approval matters
•Work closely with various internal departments to summarize and feedback district branches opinions and suggestions

Requirements:
•Bachelor degree or above, with major in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines
•Minimum 8 years of solid branch management experience
•Has the experience in leading the district branches or managing a team of sales, marketing strategic planning, the quality of customer service and the management of complaint handling, familiar with the core business and operation of branch is preferred
•Good knowledge and strong sense on compliance and banking regulations
•Qualifications of IIQAS and HKSI
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and leadership skills
•Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin

 

Deputy District Manager


Responsibilities:
•To manage the center branch of district branch and assist the district manager to manage other branches
•To responsible the management of key performance indicators, internal control, intelligent service, the quality of customer service and complaint handling for the center branch
•To plan and execute the marketing and promotion activities of district branches
•To provide the opinions and suggestions of people management of district branches
•To take up the duties of district manager when district manager is absent

Requirements:
•Bachelor degree or above, with major in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines
•Minimum 5 years of solid branch management experience
•Has the experience in leading the district branches or managing a team of sales, marketing strategic planning, the quality of customer service and the management of complaint handling, familiar with the core business and operation of branch is preferred
•Good knowledge and strong sense on compliance and banking regulations
•Qualifications of IIQAS and HKSI
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and leadership skills
