We are looking for high caliber individual to join the Airport Authority, the manager and operator of HKIA.

Document Controller (Fixed-Term Contract)

This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing administration and clerical support to the team;
  • Handling project documents and correspondence;
  • Managing and maintaining effective filing/ database management systems; and
  • Assisting in ad hoc projects and assignments as required


  • Form 5 standard or above
  • At least 8 years’ relevant experience in construction related projects. Previous working experience with the Authority would be an advantage.
  • Team player with good planning and construction experience
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management software tools
