Global Trade and Receivables Finance comprises over 4,500 people across more than 60 countries, helping suppliers and buyers with their export and import finance needs. Trade is where HSBC began in 1865, when we financed commerce between Europe, North America and Asia.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Documentation Associate.

In this role, you will

  • To conduct the day to day operation of the Global Trade and Receivables Finance document management with quality services which are in line with or exceeding Service Level Agreements.
  • To response non client requests for ensuring internal teams to obtain information to complete client requests and process transaction. 
  • To train and mentor part time clerks to perform their duties.
  • The job holder is a documentation management specialist who is responsible for proceduralised document management operation and tasks.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • Good academic background with some relevant work experience
  • Sound knowledge in trade products
  • Experience and knowledge of bank operating systems
  • Good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Conversant in MS Word, MS Excel and Lotus Notes
  • Import and Export document management skill and experience
