Job Description

  • You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. 
  • Assists the Concierge Manager and Assistant Manager – Concierge to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Concierge functions within the Rooms Division.
  • Verifies arrival and departure details and arranges luggage handling and Valet parking.


  • Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management desirable
  • Basic Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office, preferably some knowledge of Fidelio/Opera
  • Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must
