We are looking for an outstanding Doorman to welcome customers and be a true ambassador for our brand. You will be the charismatic face of Fortnum & Mason when our customers arrive; we would expect our ideal candidate to confidently deliver excellent customer service. We are looking for a warm and friendly individual who has experience in demonstrating a genuine passion in delivering a memorable experience to all our customers.
Your responsibilities will include greeting customers at our main entrance, offering a great customer experience from start to finish, providing information about the Fortnum’s store, offers and products, restaurant in K11 and the locale. You will be able to talk confidently and passionately about the Fortnum’s brand and the Piccadilly Flagship and assisting with different departments during store events.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English as well as exceptional personal presentation is necessary. You must be able fully flexible to work varying shifts including weekends.
