Job Duties: (Duty Assistant Manager)

To represent management and take charge of situations and make necessary decisions in the absence of the senior management;

To provide and ensure efficient and quality frontline guest services at all times;

Handle guest complaints and emergency cases;
-
To maintain smooth relationships between management and guests.
Requirements: (Duty Assistant Manager)

Degree / Diploma holder or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related discipline;
-
Minimum 5 years hotel operations experience with at least 2 years at managerial position;
-
Familiar of front office procedures and related software;
-
Proficiency in written and spoken English & Cantonese and fluent in Mandarin speaking;
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
-
Able to adapt to different situations with strong analytical skill;
-
Able to work for long overnight shift is highly preferable.
Job Duties: (Guest Services Supervisor)
-
Manage front desk daily operations
-
Carry out all check-in and check-out services in a professional manner
-
Contribute effort to form team work to ensure highest services standards are being maintained
-
Provide professional services and handle guests’ enquiries & complaints
-
Achieve the high level of guest satisfaction with courteous and friendly manner;
-
Shift duty is required
Requirements: (Guest Services Supervisor)

Degree / Diploma holder or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related discipline
-
2 years or above relevant experience in hotel industry in a similar capacity is preferred
-
Applicants with less experience will be considered as Assistant Guest Services Supervisor / Senior Guest Services Officer

Pleasant, energetic with positive service attitude and excellent interpersonal skills

Multi-tasking and work as a team player

Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
