Presently, we are looking for

Duty Manager
當 值 經 理
We are 5 days work a week

Ideally, applicant should:
Familiar with operations of Hotel and Front Office
with experience of handling guest enquiries and emergency cases
and ensure its operations’ smoothly and efficiently
as well as to perform and maintain good service to guest and hotel

Strong communication techniques and excellent service skills

Energetic, intelligent and independent

Perfectly with a cert. dip. or degree of hotel or FO studies would be an advantage
but not an essential
