We are looking for a high caliber candidate to fill the following position:

Duty Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Response to guest comments and complaints relating to service standards and take necessary action to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction.
  • Represent management and take charge of situations to make necessary decisions in the absence of the hotel management and/or department heads.
  • Report all guest complaints, compliments and suggestions to management.
  • Adhere to the emergency procedures in the event of fire, bomb threat, flooding, typhoon, etc.
  • Be aware of the room situation constantly, strive to obtain maximum room occupancy and revenue.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience gained in hospitality industry in which at least 3 years in supervisory level.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua, ability to speak other languages would be an advantage.
  • Independent and able to work under pressure.
