  1. Monitor guest relations’ personnel to ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure
  2. Social engagements in an effort to further improve service delivery
  3. React to situations to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the hotel
  4. Respond properly in any kind of emergency or safety situation
  5. Respond to guest needs and resolves related problems



  1. Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  2. Minimum 6 years of guest services / hotel experience with 3 years in a supervisory capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  3. Deal with difficulties in a mature manner and demonstrate problem-solving skills
  4. Service-oriented with good communication and leadership skills
  5. Willing to go the extra mile and has a real passion in hospitality industry
