Duty Manager
Your Role

Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the front office operations and act as a shift leader of front desk and duty manager of the hotel;

Responsible for on-day room sales and night audit management;

Handle emergency cases in accordance with hotel policies and procedures;

Supervise daily operations of the front desk to ensure the service is prompt, enthusiastic and adhere to the hotel standards;

Handle effectively with guests’ enquiries and complaints;
-
Provide on the job staff training to ensure effective and efficiency;
-
Ensure the cross-departmental communication in order to handle both guest and operational issues effectively;

Overnight shift duty is required.
Your Profile

Graduate in Hospitality Management or related disciplines;

At least 4-5 years relevant experience in the role of Assistant Manager or Reception Manager;

Service and result-oriented team player and able to handle complaints independently;

Possession of good leadership, presentation and organizational skills;
-
Mature, detail-minded, people oriented with excellent interpersonal skills;
-
Good communication skills in both English and Chinese including Putonghua.
