DWS has been embarking on a significant investment and upgrade of our Client On boarding Platform and this position will play a key role in the transformation of the client implementation and client service experience for APAC clients.
Client Service Operations acts as an advocate for both the client business and the internal stakeholder, to ensure activities are executed in a consistent, effective and risk-controlled fashion.
Client Implementation, as part of Client Service Operations is focused on owning and coordinating successful new account set-up and ongoing changes related to international institutional client activity and distributor arrangements. The team is responsible for managing the implementation pipeline, setting priorities on behalf of Coverage, and overseeing the development of platform solutions to expand our proposition.
In the KYC role the Manager will primarily be responsible for ensuring that all new client relationships for DWS have undergone the appropriate client identification screening as mandated by DWS’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Client (KYC) procedures. The Manager will work closely with Regional Compliance and Sales as well as its counterparts in other regions.
Consequently, we require an experienced professional who can collaborate closely with Business Heads across Sales and the platform, and who understands the front-to-back lifecycle. The Manager must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, prioritize work assignments, communicate effectively with internal staff and clients, and complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner. Follow-through skills and project and time management are critical elements of this position.
