Assist to support the development of new products and launch of new features related to deposits and payments products & services (such as debit cards and e-payment) in order to enhance customer experience and increase market competitiveness. Keep abreast of market environment and regulatory changes in terms of deposits and payments product development and timely executing due diligence, product approvals and product features enhancement. Prepare/provide support on competitors and customer behaviors analysis and provide recommendation to maximize overall business performance. Responsible for system enhancement/development project duties, such as project plan, acceptance test, progress monitoring, risk and issue management, etc.Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing plan to achieve business targets of new services / initiatives for different e-Channels from end to end. Lead/coordinate the implementation of new product/service launch for a series of customer communication platform. Drive and evaluate the e-Channel marketing campaign. Monitor the market trend and make creative recommendations in order to keep abreast of customer needs. Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by management and work as a team on projects implementation.
Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines;
Minimum 3 years working experience in banking / financial industry preferably in product development and management in payment (such as remittance, debit card and payment or cash management product etc);
Strong knowledge of banking products and services;
Possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
A team player with good communication skills and risk awareness;
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable.
