e-Banking Manager (UX/UI) (Ref: NH8011-UX-CT)

Develop compelling and various creative elements around innovation opportunities. Identifies, understands and represents the customer's needs in the development of products, channels, and new opportunities for the company. Understand the business objectives, user needs, and UX goal scopes. Create system and application concepts by defining IA, design patterns and paradigms, task flows, wireframes and mockups, and specs. Incorporate technical and business requirements to create intuitive user-centered solutions. Assist researchers in understanding findings and incorporate learnings into design. Familiarize yourself with Guideline on Banking Services for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities of Hong Kong Association of Banks to incorporate into designs. Keep up to date on current design tools and trends. Effectively deliver according to timelines and escalate if issues arise where timelines cannot be met. Be open to feedback from multiple stakeholders and incorporate feedback with a positive attitude. Review developer progress to ensure conformity with the design spec, and functionality in the build. Work with prototype developers, or prototype yourself, for rapid deployment. Support your team in ways that may not be outlined in daily job duties. Offer knowledge transfer sessions and help with on the job training new employees to get them up to speed. 


  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience;
  • 3-5 years of experience in Visual and Digital Design and other relevant disciplines;
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Data driven and results-oriented;
  • Proficiency in UI/UX Software (Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, Flinto, Zeplin);
  • Experience delivering with an agile methodology;
  • Experience leading infrastructure programs;
  • Skilled at working with third party service providers;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant e-Banking Manager.)
