E-Banking Officer (Ref: CO-EBO)
Job Matcher- Conduct marketing survey and provide user requirement to I.T. Department
- Participate in User Acceptance Test for system enhancement and change
- Assist in monitoring the implementation of strategies and plans of sales and service delivery through internet
- Assist in daily maintenance and update of corporate website.
- Promote e-banking security and prevent security threats
- Liaise with related departments and vendors on e-channel projects in order to optimize e-channels
- Assist to review the regulatory requirements for e-channel services
- Streamline workflow and prepare proposal & procedural manual
- Post-secondary school education with relevant experience preferred
- Experience in e-banking / e-commerce product development would be an advantage
