Main Responsibilities

  •  Manage Corporate E-Channel project development, be able to raise user requirement, monitor the progress and ensure new services/ initiatives are effectively implemented, benchmark with best market practice and excellent customer experience
  • Experience of Corporate Mobile Banking project management is preferred.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on planning and execution
  • Perform regular business management
  • Communicate with Hotline and online customer services of Online Enterprise Banking, follow-up online channel related production problems


  •  Degree holder in Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 3-4 years' experience on eBanking / Channel project management in sizable multi-national financial institutions
  • Self-motivated, result oriented, meticulous and able to work under pressure
  • Keen interest in new digital technologies and trends
  • Good communication skills with team spirit
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Sound knowledge of corporate banking products and operations will be an advantage
