e-Banking Professional (Mobile and Online Channel Development)

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement new mobile and online initiatives with the aim to deliver best-in-class product selection, features and usability
• Manage mobile and online channel/ new projects with multiple stakeholders from initiation to post-implementation
• Lead quality assurance process for mobile and online channel projects on planning, resources and execution management
• Coordinate internal business stakeholders and external vendors on new product and service launch
• Identify business potential that could uplift channel capability and sales momentum
• Ensure timely and quality project deliverables

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration / e-Commerce / Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years' work experience in digital project management gained from sizable multi-national financial institutions
• Keen interest in new digital technologies and trends
• Good business acumen with sound knowledge of banking and financial products
• Strong leadership, project management, people and communication skills; able to motivate others to strike for excellence
• Self-motivated, result oriented, meticulous and able to work under pressure
• Capable of working independently as well as being a team player
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for a junior position
