The Job

The e-Business & Service Manager is responsible for strategy planning and business development and services, also manage the designated categories to ensure that operate in the desired direction and with business strategies implemented in the manner prescribed.

  • Plan and develop strategies of e-business & service to achieve the desired objectives
  • Develop and implement the business strategies for designated categories
  • Develop in the identification of new route and market opportunities
  • Drive innovation & pilot expansion service to ensure the e-business service remains at the forefront of convenience store environment
  • Work in a highly matrix organization and ability in managing external partners
  • Build and manage mutually beneficial relationships with external partners for long term strategic partner
  • Work closely with external partners and internal parties (such as Retail Operations, Supply Chain Team and Marketing Dept) to roll-out and evaluate promotion activities and category plans are focusing on customers interests.  To drive and enhance effective generating sales, profits and foot-traffic
  • Conduct analyze in market trends, competitors and consumer needs to formulate innovative e-business planning
  • Handle ad-hoc business project as assigned


The Person

  • Degree graduate or above
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in e-commerce or business development.  With e-platform merchandising experience will be an advantage
  • Familiar with HK and Macau consumer market
  • Solid project management skills
  • Sound knowledge and experience in e-commerce related activities, online marketing channels
  • Strong in analytical & negotiation skills, creative and open minded to new challenge and customer orientated  
  • Outstanding interpersonal skill, proactive, energetic and self-driven
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent use of Excel
  • High proficiency communication skills in both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Can do attitude and able to work in fast-pace environment
