Communicate the functionalities, offers and benefits of our e-banking and inMotion services at our retail branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers to understand our e-banking products and services, such as our latest inMotion App and registration process in retail branches.
  • Assist customers to use various electronic means at branches such as use of ATM, Internet Banking registration etc.
  • Provide professional services to bank customers. Collect customer feedback on our e-banking services and share for enhanced initiatives


  • Secondary education and above.
  • With basic knowledge of online banking services.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferable with customer service experience.
  • Good command of English and Chinese
