E-commerce Channel Manager (Amazon) (5-day work week)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manages P&L to achieve sales and profit target.
  • Works closely with cross-functional teams(IT and Merchandising) in order to continuously improve working processes and dataflows.
  • Utilizes data, information and metrics around financial, brands, and market trends for recommendation and implementation on driving traffic and conversion.
  • Reports campaign performance to optimize product listings and work with merchandising team to regularly revise marketing materials.
  • Safeguards all the content and keywords are configured correctly.
  • Maintains retail partners portals and rating.
  • Manages brand building activities to increase visibility and awareness.
  • Monitors overall traffic and customer reviews and share the info with Merchandising.
  • Collaborates with appropriate departments to ensure the rollout of any site changes.
  • Maintains branding image management, including copy, images, page to align with branding and commercial objectives.
  • Ensures e-commerce activities delivery plans and projects remain on track and on budget.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
  • Holder of diploma or higher.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Amazon marketplaces / online analytics preferred.
  • Organized and able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced and dynamic e-commerce environment, make timely decisions, anticipate problems and provide creative solutions, sense of urgency.
  • Numerically sensitive with strong analytical mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
