E-commerce Channel Specialist (5-day work week)
- Administers new retail partners onboarding process and work closely with cross-functional teams such as IT, Merchandising and Logistics divisions.
- Coordinates and submits new products to major retail partners/marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.) through online web-portals or Excel Spreadsheet.
- Safeguards all the content and keywords/tabs are configured correctly.
- Maintains retail partners portals and rating.
- Manages brand building activities to increase visibility and awareness.
- Analyzes and reports campaign performance to optimize product listings and work with merchandising team to regularly revise marketing materials.
- Recommends and implements new content, campaigns, and site changes to drive traffic and improve conversion to achieve sales targets.
- Monitors overall traffic and customer reviews and share the info with Merchandising.
- Collaborates with appropriate departments to ensure the rollout of any site changes.
- Maintains company e-commerce site, branding image management, including copy, images, page to align with branding and commercial objectives.
- Ensures e-commerce activities delivery plans and projects remain on track and on budget.
- Manages, develops and maintains e-commerce relationships with business partners and all internal and external counterparts.
- Holder of diploma or higher.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.) / paid search / online analytics preferred.
- Organized and able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced and dynamic e-commerce environment, make timely decisions, anticipate problems and provide creative solutions, sense of urgency.
- Numerically sensitive with strong analytical mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- New college graduates with relevant internship or coursework will be considered.
