In this role, you will develop IBE sales through digital online campaigns, maintaining qatarairways.com as a key direct sales channel for the airline by managing contents of websites and reporting bugs. You will optimise QR digital online visibility, support and implement social media activities and implement campaigns towards achieving KPI targets set for the HK market. You will provide support in e-commerce data mining and activities and focus on identifying and implementing sales initiatives, online marketing activities, manage site content and eliminate any technical bugs in order to increase sales, strengthen strategic online partnerships and improve overall customer experience on qatarairways.com
Specific accountabilities include:
To be effective in this role, you will need a relevant qualification combined with a minimum of four years of job-related experience with exposure to online marketing and associated analytics. Experience within the travel industry or prior airline experience would be advantageous. You will need proven commercial skills including business analysis and metrics. An understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS) is also required.
